"I had a rough start when a relative was looking to locate me, he was told I had no reservation. That was quickly cleared up upon my arrival. The only issue ai had was the air conditioner was blowing full blast making the room Ice cold. Once those things were straightened around. All was very comfortable and pleasent."

"Breakfast was amazing, lots of options. There were only 2 elevators for a 6 floor hotel and 1 was out of order our entire stay, with the other going down periodically. We were on the 6th floor, we weren't climbing 6 flights of stairs. The housekeeping staff had to use the same elevator as all the guests and at times we had to wait almost 5-10 minutes for the elevator to come back to the top floor because it was full with a housekeeper and cart. There's not much handicap available options, there are stairs from every parking area except the 4 handicap spots that are right by the main entrance and slopes to walk anywhere. The room was nice but likely couldn't stay here again with handicapped family accompanying."

"There was additional deposit when I got to the room even though it was paid for already and that deposit is held from going back on your account until your bank releases it which usually takes about a week."

"First of all, the staff here was as helpful as possible, and nice to us during our stay, they were truly welcoming, but this hotel is badly in need of renovation. The hallway carpets were the worst I have ever seen at a hotel, with large stains all over the hallways, and they were very dirty with dust piled up in the corners. Our room was almost out of toilet paper and the people at the front desk tried to help 'but couldn't find any' there were no extra pillows and blankets in the room, and the front desk couldn't find any extra pillows for us either. The reason we picked this hotel was the hot tub, but it was unable to be used 2/3 days of our stay. The cleanliness of the room was OK, but the upholstery of the chair was deeply stained and when we moved the chair there was dirt and crackers underneath. All in all this wasn't a pleasant stay and we won't choose this hotel again."
