"My stay was almost excellent. A lovely, clean room with good facilities and a comfy bed. The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. I had a lovely massage by Teira (?) and enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi. The breakfasts were excellent too. The maids worked hard also and were very sweet. "This is our second visit to the hotel. Last year we stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. This time, we stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage, it was stunning, especially the modern bathroom with lovely quality toiletries. Both the breakfast & dinner were delicious. We enjoyed being able to choose a cooked breakfast from their varied selection. Would highly recommend. "

"We went to check in note in window to call all locked up, was shown to our room cobwebs on inside of window frame had not been cleaned brown bed linnen alarm bells pulled back could see what looked like stains. We looked at each other no way and we walked out would want a refund of my money "

"The room was big but not clean, the windows were very mouldy and bathroom doors very dirty. The breakfast was very poor in quality. It was the basic hotel breakfast, with the usual highly processes breads, cold dry bacon, and very dry / rubber looking eggs. I was honestly expecting a much better experience. The reception staff were wonderful, but the pool staff were clearly junior and very uninterested in helping customers. It took me 3 trips to be able to get all I needed to access the pool...

"The room was very clean and tidy. On the booking it didn't say there breakfast, but when I got into the room there was a lovely breakfast bag. The car park was small but was adequate. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay there. Also the staff were very helpful "

"We got upgraded to a studio apartment as needed a ground floor for disability. Bar man was very helpful and showed us the key codes etc. very appreciative for upgrading. Thank you Wolf Inn for a great night stay . "
