Not having to pay a security deposit was a huge Plus.. the only complained me and my roommate had was the breakfast offerings were minimal.. there was cereal with milk at least or a protein. But honestly everything else was fine we would stay here again."

"The property was fine, but the front desk staff never told us that parking was an additional $20/day + tax. He simply handed us the parking pass. (This was AFTER our room was not ready at the promised check in time of 4pm. We had to wait almost 2 hours to get into our room.) Nor was the parking fee outlined on our reservation confirmation email from Wxpedia nor the email from Marriott. When I spoke to the manager about it, her reply was, “It’s on our website and all the booking sites. I know because I manage them. It’s also written on the parking pass.” That all may be true but it’s not obvious, and requires the guest to seek it out. We would have selected an alternative parking option with no fee vs. paying the fee. This is unacceptable. As a longtime guest at many of their properties, I expect better from Marriott."
