"First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses. "We reserved a private room for 2 people with private shower, toilet, sink. No mention of stairs. Also a kitchen for cooking given dietary concerns. When we arrived, there were 2 sets of stairs, ONE single bed and no shower! We called the property and no one responded. We had to find another last minute hotel at higher price and multiple transportation costs as a result. We would not take our shows off here, let alone sleep here! "room was double booked but they gave us another room, took about 20 mins.
We were locked out when we came back later/ no front door key. This took about 15 mins. Run on a shoe string but very cheap. You pay your money and this is what you get. Staff very friendly and nice but the systems dont work at all there, need better organisation and a front door key. Also rooms need a spruce up!"

"Estaba ocupada la habitación, por lo que nos dijeron dentro del lugar. La rentaron a varias personas a la vez, y hubo muchas quejas, el baño se veia su io, descuidado y en condiciones lamentables, era medio compartido y al detectar al dueño y/o encargado, nos dijo que devolverían nuestro pago.

"Do not stay. No staff in property. Got passcode for a room that's different from my booking. Property was dirty and the room had someone else living there. I met people that rent one of the room for months (which was the room I was booked for), and told me the other room (that I got passcode for) also has a person living there for months. I had to find a different place to sleep urgently, and I'm trying to get refund."

"We had a very stressful and disappointing experience. We arrived around 12:00 AM and were able to open the main entrance, but the room door would not open despite trying many times. We spent almost an hour trying to access the room and called for help, but there was no support available at all.
As a result, we were left outside late at night and had no choice but to book a hotel at the last minute, which cost us a lot of money. This caused a lot of stress, inconvenience, and extra expense.
