For the money you really couldn’t beat it. I read some bad reviews and was anxious but it was actually ok. I would recommend if your on a budget it’s the place to stay.

Wouldn't recommend this place we left after 1 hour. Place very dirty with fleas. Bed can feel springs. Nobody so speak to either.

Bed and Roof overhead, locks on the doors are solid. Did have someone sleeping in the communal area though and all doors open aside from bedrooms at 2am.

Probably one of the worst places I have booked. Bad smell in the room. Shower pressure was poor. Generally not a pleasant stay.

Nothing like the pictures... bloodspots on the wall, mold in the bathroom, previous occupant's dog's hair on the floor, crooked and broken shelves and curtain-holder, window could be opened to max an inch (and it was heatwave), napkin glued by something on the ceiling...

We arrived at our hotel after an 8 hour drive and when we went to the door of the property one of the neighbours shouted 'I wouldn't go in there it's a sh!£hole!' We went in to find our room door wide open, the photos show the state of the room.

Parking was good,,The room however was not as the nearby sockets near the bed did not work so I had trouble charging my phone ect,,, I did ask before I arrived there could I have a low floor & en-suite room and he said Yes,,but when I arrived there I had a top floor and No en-suite,I did complain to the staff but did it get me anywhere the answer is No……

Great location and very good price. We stayed after a concert. So literally just slept there. Good that some parking was available too. V basic room but clean & airy. Tea and coffee facilities were good. No towels for bathroom or hand soap so that was abit of a shame. We got a little confused by the digital door key pads but the staff were v helpful and showed us how to use. Comfy beds and somewhere to rest before heading back off. Not the usual guest house or B&B set up but was clean, good location and what we needed.

I've been staying here for the last few weeks in different rooms. The place just needs a little TLC. Half the shower dont have hot water, lights not working and beds feel a little unstable but, its very cheap so just about acceptable living conditions.

Walkable to the train station and cruise terminals. But the property was pootly maintained. Our room locked but the common front door doesn't lock and is not secure. There was peeling paint in our room, no control of room heat, no towels, no cups, no control over shower water temperature and no remote for the very small TV.

This is an insecure HMO. Front door wide open on arrival. Several men smelling of cannabis and alcohol lurking around the communal hallway. Room dirty with a stained mattress and carpet. Refused to stay and walked straight back out again. It's just completely unsafe for a lone female to stay in and should be removed from the site.
