"Very central and the staff are the most kind and attentive people.
I booked my tours on get your guide but Rosie at the hotel showed me better quality crusies at the same price but with added convenience of hotel pickup and drop off.
And better tours than what I had booked.
I ended up getting the biggest suite on the cruise and upgraded free to a luxury line at no added cost. The hotel has a good relationship with the best tours.

"Hotel staff went through my personal belongings and discarded some items while housekeeping. Meanwhile, actual trash scattered across the room and bathroom (including hygiene wrappers, empty cigarette boxes, and takeout beverage cups that were there for days) was left completely untouched until our checkout. When I discovered the missing items while packing and confronted management, the response was entirely unprofessional. The staff offered conflicting excuses, claimed we consented to the...

"Location is really amazing but the front desk lady told us our room is “upgraded” and we got a family room instead of the one with the window view. Honestly wouldn’t have minded but it smelled musty, like it hadn’t been lived in and cleaned in a while. Bathroom was ok but we called front desk to say the shampoo was empty, they went up to demonstrate to us that it had something in it but it was so watered down we had to buy our own shampoo. Ok for the location but could be better"
