"The property has been beautifully maintained. The staff are outstanding. My complaint is that there was no restaurant for breakfast. Yes, there was a Starbucks in the lobby but the breakfast sandwiches were inedible."

"The staff was very kind, but there was not always hot water for showering in the evenings and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. I even had a difficult time getting my door to lock and unlock when coming to and going from my room. Compared to the other nearby properties The Saint is "worn" and outdated in many regards."

"We have stayed at the Dauphine for many years. It is starting to slowly fall into disrepair, and I hate it because the staff is excellent! The location is perfect - towards the northern part of the Quarter but in the middle (one street north) of Bourbon. We stayed in the main part of the hotel. I would suggest the other options which are newer if you can afford the higher rate."
