"I had to be there for a family event. The room was very clean, I loved the decor and colors, ample room in the bathroom for toiletries, comfortable bed. What made it five stars was the staff. Danny, the local shuttle driver, gave me a ride to Grumpy's Pizza nearby (former Jersey girl, always has to grab the best pizza when I'm there. Sergio helped me when I had difficulty connecting to the wifi, and Erica was warm and welcoming. There were other staff whose names I didn't catch, but they were...

"When we pulled up to the hotel I was disappointed with the location. But when we got inside it was well equipped, well staffed, quiet, clean and one of the better hotels I have stayed in. We were there for a medical visit and needed a quite spacious place to come back to each night. Hyatt Place Fair Lawn was everything we needed. Thank you. we will return next time. "

"Great location off the highway with ample parking and convenient setup. Staff was always friendly and available, from the front desk ladies to the cleaning staff that was exceptional. The room was well setup and clean every day of our stay. Wish the ice machine wasn’t so inconveniently located but overall this was a great experience."

There was no weird smell, the design is modern, minimalistic and cheerful and the staff clearly is getting on well, making the experience welcoming and extremely pleasant!!!!
