"We found all staff so friendly and helpful. Entering the hotel gave a feeling of relaxation comfort and homely. Variety of food choices giving tasty evening meals and breakfast although I thought it too much to charge an extra £10 each for a fried breakfast whereas other hotels it’s included in the room cost. Our room was very comfortable with a superb shower"

"The entry code system was a joke sadly we had to make contact for the code, after going out to dinner code did not let us in … another phone call. Toilet flushed when we arrived ,but sadly it was only time , we reported it many times from Wednesday evening until we left Friday morning after a cold miserable night, we left a very smelly blocked toilet.. still not flushing ! This was a totally rubbish stay."

"Very friendly, welcoming and clean from what we saw. We left 30mins before breakfast so unfortunately missed out on that. Only issue I have is one of the shower gels tubes used were empty. Otherwise comfortable bed and peaceful night. Would stay again snd recommend"

"It’s so refreshing to wake up to see the view of the Solent on a clear day and the waves lapping on the edges of the beach. The mature trees close to the Beach House truly gave a feeling of well being when one is close to nature. The Beach House holds a history of achievement firstly with the original residents, the Siemens’s family. The staff were friendly & very helpful. Breakfast choices are varied and the cooked option was freshly made. Our room was larger than expected and comfortable....
