"Schönes großes Zimmer und Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großer Parkplatz. Nicht viel in der Umgebung fußläufig zu erreichen."

"Great location and facilities."

"We found all staff so friendly and helpful. Entering the hotel gave a feeling of relaxation comfort and homely. Variety of food choices giving tasty evening meals and breakfast although I thought it too much to charge an extra £10 each for a fried breakfast whereas other hotels it’s included in the room cost. Our room was very comfortable with a superb shower"

"⭐ Very poor hygiene & disappointing service I stayed here with my two children, aged 2 and 9, and was shocked to find visible blood stains on two mattresses in our room. This falls well below basic hygiene standards and is completely unacceptable for anyone staying there, especially young children. It is clear the room was not properly checked or cleaned before we arrived. I reported the issue immediately to staff at the hotel, and followed up through the official channels to raise a formal...

"Lovely house in a fantastic area. Mudeford is such a lovely place, 2nd time staying here now and will definitely be back again"

"Exceeded all my expectations."

"Beautiful hotel - good location - by the beach - nice room - good spa"

"Represented very good value for money. Staff were very helpful and nice to deal with."

"Very friendly, welcoming and clean from what we saw. We left 30mins before breakfast so unfortunately missed out on that. Only issue I have is one of the shower gels tubes used were empty. Otherwise comfortable bed and peaceful night. Would stay again snd recommend"

"It’s so refreshing to wake up to see the view of the Solent on a clear day and the waves lapping on the edges of the beach. The mature trees close to the Beach House truly gave a feeling of well being when one is close to nature. The Beach House holds a history of achievement firstly with the original residents, the Siemens’s family. The staff were friendly & very helpful. Breakfast choices are varied and the cooked option was freshly made. Our room was larger than expected and comfortable....

"Everything was perfect and it’s close to town"

"The entry code system was a joke sadly we had to make contact for the code, after going out to dinner code did not let us in … another phone call. Toilet flushed when we arrived ,but sadly it was only time , we reported it many times from Wednesday evening until we left Friday morning after a cold miserable night, we left a very smelly blocked toilet.. still not flushing ! This was a totally rubbish stay."

"Staff were friendly and very helpful, room was clean and the facilities in the room were good, breakfast options were good and the food was tasty. The gym and pool facilities were great with a wide variety of options for fitness. Overall would reccomend a stay here for sure."

"Clean room but dated bathroom. Quite a bit of noise from other guests"
