"Property was in severe disrepair, there was a disabled vehicle in the parking lot, and what looked like something illegal happening in the parking lot when we arrived. The lobby door was open, but we genuinely didn’t feel safe getting out after looping the parking lot once. We found another hotel. We requested a refund, and the agent called the hotel twice and they hung up on him. Absolutely wild."

"Clean room & close by the Air Force base! The only issue I had was rooms not being ready at 3pm; the front desk Clerk was nice but told me to return in an hour!
Yo be fair, I did book using a third party app which was probably why the system didn’t show my information. "

"The water was interrupted for an hour. There was no monetary compensation. Also room was not cleaned after our first night and clean towels had to be asked for. We stayed 2 nights. We expected at least some clean towels after the first night. Asked for an extra blanket that was not given."
