"Excellent choices for breakfast, and Pat on duty in the restaurant was so hepful - nothing too much trouble. I have stayed at this hotel before, and hope to return again sometime."

"Room was about a 10 minute walk from the lobby. Shower was filthy, couldn’t even get in. Restaurant was extornate. £20 for a margarita pizza, cooked in the microwave. Didn’t even take a bite it was vile. £8 a pint? Ridiculous."

"Complete breakfast buffet, great gym and swimming pool with Sauna (both types) and hot tub. Gym and pool times are quite unreasonable (7am to 8 pm). Staff is very attentive and helpful. Parking is 18 pounds per day (no fractions available)"

"Rooms were clean and more or less well maintained. Room service was surprising quick given the time it said it would arrive… in about half that time that was said I received what I ordered. I was late getting back for check out. And the lady at the front desk was more than accommodating for my lateness getting back due to traffic and let me do a late checkout. I recommend."

"Emailed multiple times asking for interconnecting rooms and a cribs for two rooms. Made sure to email 4-5 times ahead of the trip to ensure a smooth check in after a long flight with young kids. We get there and the reception stars are you with blank expressions. Gormless grunts incompetent and incapable of doing anything without being asked several times. Eventually gave us two rooms next to each other. Neither with a crib, ask for 2 cribs, they bring one. Goes back to get another. Forgets...
