Despite it being 8pm in the evening it was clear that our registration details had not been prepared adding to further delays. Our room was comfortable and spacious but the general decor and property maintenance left a lot to be desired. "Booked to go to a concert in Wythenshawe Park. Parking was a nightmare at hotel, narrow spaces and very limited spaces available. Price of parking was a shock too. Check before booking. We booked a family room, 2 adults & 2 children. 2 towels in the room wasn’t ideal. That should definitely be checked before arrival. Bar was nice and staff very friendly in there."

"Very kind, helpful staff. They helped us understand the city and informed us about amenities the hotel offers, such as showing my room key at certain restaurants for a discount. We also left very early morning, and they were very helpful in booking us a taxi to pick us up outside the hotel at 3am to take us the Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, and was equipped with a small kitchenette (sink, plates, cutlery, fridge, etc)"
