"Quiet and calm"

"The bathroom had a gas smell in the night and the toilet in room 215 was extremely difficult to flush . Tv needs a manual and couldn’t get standard channel on but room and view was wonderful. Staff short in breakfast area . Had to wait to get sat down . N still havnt got out toast . Food was lovely when we got it though . "

"Perfect for what we needed, we were flying from Manchester Airport early the next morning so we stayed at the Trafford centre location and had tea at the Trafford Centre which was only a five minute walk away, there was plenty of parking available too. "

"I checked out very early for my flight. I found the accommodation more than adequate for my needs and the place was spotless. Parking was difficult."

"Room was amazing ! Large suite with two rooms, sofa, coffee table, two televisions, lovely bathroom. I didn’t want to leave my room! I even missed the event I’d gone for - I got too cosy. I ordered food in the restaurant and they put it on a tray when I said I wanted to eat it in my room. I took the bus from town out to the hotel. It took about 40 mins and then there was about a five to 10 minute walk to the hotel. Staff super friendly. "

"Staff incredible. So kind and helpful. Hotel and room itself lovely. V clean and nice facilities. The only thing that lets it down is the hot breakfast options - all the food seems to have been overcooked, piled up and sat out for too long. We’ve been to this hotel before so it’s not a one off sadly. The cold options, the drinks and the waffle station are fab but we’ve been really disappointed by the cooked breakfasts both times. "

"Room was big and had a lobby to reduce noise from corridor. Toilet and bathroom are in separate rooms. Bedroom had a large bed, a soda and big screen TV. Dual windows worked well against motorway sounds "
