"From the moment Frank greeted us we had a fabulous stay. All the people we encountered (especially the front desk ladies and Frank) took extra interest in my daughter to make our stay something special for her on her big girl weekend away. Thank you. "
"Staff are wonderful. The hotel is 5 minutes walk into town. The room was extremely hot, window only opened slightly, no A/C The bar could do with more ambience, felt a bit like an airport lounge. Maybe dim the lights, a few plants and put candles on tables. Really annoying having to pay for parking £28 for two nights, however that seems to be most English hotels in towns. Overall I would go back."
"We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent.
In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site

The only down side was someone was hammering on the front door for half an hour at 4.30am which woke us up but will definitely stay here again.
