"當天因為班機延遲蠻晚才到，餐廳只營業到20:30，我們到的時候櫃檯人員讓我們先吃飯再check in 餐點蠻多樣的，也有提供不是設施，只是房間有點沒有認真維護的感覺，有些地墊是掀起來的，水龍頭也有點壞掉（但不影響使用）如果只是住一晚歇腳還可以。"

"This is a wonderful property situated along the banks of the Otani River in Nikko. It’s a short ride from either of the two train stations in Nikko, and right across the road from the major cultural attractions of the city. "露天風呂が工事中だということで、時間で男女入れ替えでした。とても広い浴場でゆっくりと楽しめました。シャワーホースの黒ずみが気になりましたが、他は清潔感があって良かったです。食事は、ビュッフェで名物など目移りするするほどの種類があり、夜も朝も食べ過ぎてしまいました。 "

"チェックインからチェックアウトまで従業員の方のサービスやおもてなし性にとても満足度が高かったです。3連休だったからか、周辺の飲食店はどこも閉まっており、滞在中の食事はほとんどこちらでいただきましたが、飽きることなく幸せな時間を過ごせました。1階の売店でレトルトのカレーとビーフシチューが買えるそうですが、人気のため購入は惜しくもかないませんでした。ネット購入を勧められましたが、次の入荷等を把握されてなかったのが少し残念でした。館内の至るところに飾ってある手拭いがどれも素敵で同じものが販売されてなかったのもちょっぴり悲しかったです。"
