"Room overallwas fine there were some electrical outlets that didn't work and the remote didn't work. But really was only there for about 9 hours"

"This place is horrible The first room they gave us smelled like dog urine. It was dirty, damp and nasty so I asked for another room. The room smelled better, but it was still dirty. I had a sliding glass door to go out to the courtyard which was completely broken anybody could’ve walked in and stole our stuff I wouldn’t. I would give it a negative the pool was broken, which was the whole reason we rented the place and this is the Wyndham and independence, Ohio. If I could add the pictures I took...

"The pros: dog friendly, clean sheets/towels, cold a/c, budget-friendly. Cons: some sketchy guests--but I'm glad I had my big dogs, tv didn't work, room phone broken. When I went to breakfast, the coffee was weak, the bagel was stale. If you need to bring your dogs $25 extra/$35 for two), and have a strict budget, this will work."

"The staff was excellent! Our room was fair and TV was a problem, even with intervention. Breakfast was decent. The hotel does need remodeling, since Twinsburg is an up and comlng suburb."

"Unfortunately I’m not able to report a good stay at this hotel. One of the main reasons I choose this hotel was for its Breakfast and when I arrived, I was told that there is no breakfast because of a few different reasons but was offered coffee and a snack bar😒. Then I was told there wasn’t an Ice machine or it wasn’t working. Then to make things even worse, not hot water in the shower on in the sink. I definitely couldn’t recommend this hotel in the state it’s in when I stayed."

"We stay in Solon often and have stayed at all of the surrounding hotels. This hotel has been our favorite so far. Rooms are very clean and the staff are very nice. We didn’t get a chance to swim but our kids loved the breakfast. We will definitely be back."

"The staff is so kind but the property is dirty and unkempt. Housekeeping needs a full overhaul. The room was grimey and gross. Stains on the couch, walls, bathroom dingy with mold. Just bad all around."

"All in all good hotel. There was a huge group of a young g boys soccer team that we extremely loud and took over entire pool with little adult supervision. It made it hard for my daughter and I to enjoy the pool but overall good hotel."

"Could have been cleaner. There were about 30 kids who ran up & down the hall yelling all evening. By 11:30 I had to call front desk. All this noise continued for another hour. Had to be at Cleveland Clinic next morning at 6:45."

"This hotel was just fine for an overnight stay while traveling. As other reviewers have said, the place is a bit dated. It could do with some updating and some deep cleaning of the bathrooms (where there seemed to be some dirt in the corners and mold that could have been removed with close cleaning). We appreciated that the double rooms had queen beds. The beds were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The price was reasonable and I would be fine staying here again."
