I also had an issue with having lots of kids being unattended with no parents in the pool when I was trying to take my young kids swimming. Also, we had an incident where a bottle of water spilled on a bed, I asked for clean bedding and said I’d even change it myself but they kept offering me a rollaway but I refused until someone just brought me some sheets and blankets. "There was a lot of trash piled up that was not swept up. Other than that the property was in good condition. My handicap room just happened to be at the end of the building where the trash was piled up about 10 ft away."

"Best experience ever, staff was amazing, kind and with smile.Room was exceptional clean.Room temperature was appropriate .Coffee and hot water in dinning was available at 7 am before breakfast serving time .Definitely will recommend to my family and friends."

"The devil is in the details and this Hampton failed at the details. The sink soap dispenser was empty as was the shower shampoo dispenser. The headboard of the bed was on the bathroom wall so all water noises were heard. Worst of all the shower had a steady drip that required us to use a towel on the floor to dampen the maddening sound. The coup de gras was there was NO regular coffee when we went to breakfast. We didn't have time to wait around for more to be brewed and had to purchase coffee...

"This place was horrible! Beyond dirty, I could not stay here and when I called to cancel, which was several times, no one would pick up the phone or respond to emails. Only stay if here if your other choice is to live in your car, and the car still might be a better choice. You can smell the bacteria and you can see the grime. It's bad."

"When I arrived, there was a sign saying no hot breakfast served this month. But on the listing it shows that a buffet style breakfast is available. If they knew for this long, why wouldn't they change the listing? Also, there were snacks from a previous guest still in the cabinets. I found a cherry pit on the floor in the room which is disturbing that that wasn't found during cleaning. There were not washclothes in the bathroom, only hand towels and bath towels.
