"Hotel under renovation"

"The hotel was in a good location. Seemed centrally located. Little things in the room that could be touched up. The staff was wonderful! The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!"

"The ice machine on our floor, closest to our room was broken and evidently for some time. Pool was nice but a little on cool side for a heated pool. Breakfast, evening drinks and snacks were great. Bartender was great at giving advice on some great hangout places. "

"Room was clean, not enough pillows and blankets were limited.. lady that checked us in was not hospitable...asked for my card swiped I asked what was this for she said $20 a day didn't give me a heads up before she swiped. "Booking did not show remodeling. Pool, hot tub and everything was unavailable. I ran out of toilet paper and asked the front desk for more. They said they would send it to my room. Over an hour later I had to go back to the same person and the front desk and ask again. Poor amenities and service. Hotel was dirty from construction. Worst experience ever at a Residence Inn and there was no price adjustment. It should have been closed. "

"The pictures in the app are misleading. It’s a runned down property that got a facelift. Our door did not properly close due to the floor being crooked, which was a major safety concern. The room was dirty. Pool was cold, doesn’t seem like the heater was working. But the absolute worst was having to shower with cold water, when I asked about it at the front desk, they told me I could talk to the manager the next morning. "

"Room was okay. Luggage trolleys old and not rolling maneuverably. Pool had just 3 folding chairs and fully occupied by one single family. Trash strewn in pool area. Front desk frequently left unattended and nobody available for room key issue or towel requests, then told takes a few hours for towels. "

"There was a severe shortage of towels. The fitness center and pool were closed. The only ice machine that worked was on the 4th floor. None of the laundry facilities worked. There was the same dirty green shirt and trash in the stairs for the whole 6 nights that we were there. The breakfast was mediocre. Waffles were not always available. There was lude writing and scrapes in the elevator. Water pressure sucked and the water was not really hot. Check in took quite awhile due to long line...
