"사진과 같이 넓고 편안한 숙소 였습니다!! 챙겨주신 수건과 어메니티들도 모자람 없이 충분했어요. 숙소에 식기와 전자렌지가 있어서 편의점에서 사온 음식 뎁혀먹기도 좋았고, 온풍기가 있어서 춥지 않았습니다! 젖은 옷을 말릴 수 있게 옷 행거도 있었고, 욕조가 있어서 반신욕 할 수도 있어서 추운날씨에 밖에 많이 돌아다니다가 들어와서 몸 담그니 너무 좋더라구요~ 다음에 삿포로가게되면 또 머물고 싶은 숙소였습니다. 숙소에 세탁기가 있어서 장기숙박해도 좋을듯해요!! "

"This is an excellent hotel, slightly off the tourist beaten path, with a quiet and elegant vibe. The rooftop bar has a view of Sapporo that is exquisite. The staff is attentive and helpful. Free shuttle bus to new Chitose airport. Excellent breakfast options. Walking distance to Odori Park and Subway and street cars, this is an excellent choice if you want to stay out of tourist mayhem."

"スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。 早くついたのでアーリーチェックインできるか聞いたところ、部屋が用意でき次第とのことで、時間より早く案内してくれました。また、翌日のモーニングかランチの予約の相談をしたことにもとても丁寧に対応してくれました。 部屋も広く快適でした。 リファのシャワーヘッドも良かったです。 ただ、壁が薄いのか廊下を歩く人や近隣の部屋の喋り声が気になりました。 ラウンジでの無料ドリンクでゆっくり過ごせたのも良かったポイントの一つ。 また機会があれば利用したいホテルです。 "

"Great location, and the room was spacious enough for 3–4 people. It had all the amenities we needed, plus the added bonus of two showers, which made getting ready much easier for a group. The main areas for improvement were in the bathroom: the showers were quite small, and the temperature in the bathroom was noticeably colder than the rest of the room. "This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel and I really love the hospitality that the hotel provides. Amenities are all great, breakfast in room, tea break special are all exceptional. Only downside is that Bathtub and shower are together makes showering a little difficult when the shower head is too far. "
