"Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. "On booking the St Ives Hotel we were informed that the room would be in the annexe and that there would be some steps to negotiate to access the room. No mention that the annexe is located in what appeared to be a service yard and that the room is effectively below ground! Very shabby and grubby. Would definitely not go back there "
