There was no way of opening/closing the windows as they were too high. The same with the curtains. A long bamboo rod attached to the top could help with opening/closing? Staff? Hardley saw a soul in the 4 days I was there. The breakfast was sufficient for what I needed."

The superior double room we had was a bit tired but the main problem was the heat. It was facing the afternoon sun and it had been a hot day. "Decent hotel and friendly staff, but the AC didn't work and the rooms were sweltering as a result. Also seemed to be understaffed, as room service never picked up the phone and extra fan for room never arrived. Better maintenance and customer care required."

"The breakfast was excellent but wasn't at the Lady Hamilton it was 2 doors down. The double room was tiny, more suited to a single room. There was a very small space between the wall and the bed and care was needed not to nudge the kettle on the way past. No space for furniture although a hanging rail and a few shelves were behind a curtain. There was a stool. To exit the property there was a steep staircase and a fire door that shut behind you. "Das Hotel hat wirklich eine gute Lage. Das Personal war nett. Aber der Zustand der Zimmer ist wirklich schlecht. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen und viel Abnutzung. Leider war es auch nicht wirklich sauber. Über das Frühstück müssen wir erst gar nicht sprechen. Einziger Pluspunkt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem."
