Pool, hottub were excelent and clean...dry sauna was an added bonus.. Would highly recommend. location to Downtown hamilton and dundas was perfect away from busy traffic."

"Room is nice with comfortable bed but the water pressure in the shower is very weak and the towels smell of cigarette smoke. During my stay one elevator was out of order and there were renovations going on. "

"It was dirty, the shower was gross and had old hair in it, the carpet had crumbs everywhere, the sink had dirt in it, there were people knocking on the glass door in the morning, and the key cards were not working well, glitching and gave us trouble getting back into our room. it was just not a pleasant stay. Definitely need to change these things and have better security because having people roaming around knocking on the doors is quite scary. "
