"It felt muggy in the room, it smelled bad, and holes in the furniture and carpet."

"The room was off the pool so maybe because of that some rouches move in, killed like 2 o 3. One sofa was full of mold, maybe lag of good cleaning and the high humidity level."

"The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is the only complaint I have. The breakfast does not taste good. It’s expensive and it’s horrible. The bacon is very very cheap and undone. Thin, undone bacon, that’s not crispy. It’s really bad. The coffee is bad, and the French toast is bad. Hire a new cook and this location would be a 10/10."

"Shuttle ran on Time. That was the most important thing for us on this property. Issue with out reservation though. For some reason showed cancel. Staff member worked through it "I hope" and was able to get us a room and should be able to release "the expedia" funds and not double charge me."

"The airport shuttle bus pickup was quick and easy to get contacted and processed but somehow we did not received the full details from Expedia where the meeting point was located. Hotel was clean and quite, breakfast was adequate and better than the normal continental breakfast."

"We always stay at Hampton Inn because it is a reliably nice place to stay with an excellent breakfast; therefore, we were disappointed with the breakfast at this particular hotel. Powered eggs, bland potatoes, and chicken sausage along with runny oatmeal were not good."

"Dirty mattresses. Not encased in mattress protectors. Gross. Got 2 queen room to spread out. Ended up sharing the lesser of the dirty. Arrived well past midnight so didn't have energy to find somewhere else. Run don't walk away."

"The worst experience ever! The room was in poor condition. Tv didn’t work as well as the phone. Very terrible smell, bathroom was the worse. We were told we would receive a refund for 2 nights and it’s been 3 days and we have not heard back from anyone. I would never be back again. And to top it off I think I got Covid from being there. Also the offer the worse breakfast."

"Our room was not well clean, there was dust in furniture and behind of night stands was noticeable trash. Bathroom was old, damaged and shower has a leak."
