"It was a great place to stay you could see and see the great Smokey Mountains from the run and also right in front of the Hotel there was area that is made for walking or riding your bike on. We walked everyday while we were there. The only thing about the hotel there is no pool or a coffee pot in your room but you can go to the office and get coffee thru 10pm. "

"Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. "Great location. Close to everything and just a few minute drive to the mountains. Can walk to the strip and pull in from river road, to avoid heaven traffic. "

"Convent location and no bugs. That’s about all the positives. Smelly rooms, dirty vents, particle board under fridge was breaking apart good water pressure, but in the sinks, it would splash everything when you turn it on. Staff never smiled and rooms never got cleaned between nights. "

"Absolutely in love with this hotel. We had a mishap with another hotel that we booked and had to switch hotels at 2am with 3 children! The staff was absolutely amazing and understanding! She answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. The outside pool, lazy river, and hot tub is amazing. Although the inside pool could use some ventilation, very strong chlorine smell and would make ur eyes burn just sitting by the pool. Rooms are fantastic though!"

"This is my favorite motel in gatlinburg. Its not expensive, the location is perfect. Cleanliness is not an A+, but its not gross. For the money, the location and the atmosphere its definitely worth it. "

"Honestly I would probably stay there again if I’m ever in that part of the country. My only issue was that the fire alarm went off at 5am on April 1st and pretty much everyone had evacuated via the stairs. However, no one from the front desk or any staff ever came out to tell us it was a false alarm and that it was ok to go back into the hotel. There was some Ken standing on one of the balconies that yelled down to us to tell us it was a false alarm and that the kitchen staff had burned...

"Good location and nice breakfast. But we had a major issue with the fireplace. When we checked in, it didn’t work. They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. "The room was large, beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is a very short walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely book there again!!"
