"From the minute we got there the staff so attentive & friendly we felt relaxed. We stayed there as we were going to a concert at Tottenham ground & it was a great location to be out the way but close enough to get there & back safely with our son. Food was lovely, free continental breakfast was nice & the room was a great stay. We definitely would stay again."

"I did have to ask for WiFi code which I needed to plan my next bit of my trip. The member if staff on duty didn’t know where I could get a meal in a pub nearby. I did find the shower cubicle a bit tight but it was a small room. However I left a compact mirror begging and the staff say they will post it to me which I shall be very grateful for ."
"The room was adequate, but the bathroom cleanliness needed some attention. The shower had stains and the accessible chair paint was peeling and rusted. I ask for my towels to be replaced and additional toilet paper two days in a row. "

Great bar area and the Steak restaurant was superb.All the staff were lovely with a shout out to Yasmin at breakfast.So convenient for parking and the surrounding area for shopping, bars and restaurants. "Fantastic little spot. Surprisingly quiet considering it's over a pub. Never heard any of the noise from the pub and stayed over on a Friday night as well. My room was tucked up and away on the opposite side of the building from the main pub dining area. Breakfast was absolutely lovely as was the breakfast room. (Didn't hurt that it was sunny every day that I was there.) "

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning.
Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me.
The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
