Breakfast buffet selection had everything. Sadly the cooked breakfast plates were cold and the food was cooled by the time given to you by hand. Conversely the cold buffet plates were piping hot. This was mentioned to staff team but didn’t seem bothered by the feedback.

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
We arrived just before 12pm and placed our suitcase into the concierge which is excellent. We did this as we could not check in until 3pm and therefore went sightseeing into London for the day. When we came back at 8.30pm we found our room was still not ready as they had not placed a bed for my daughter ...
