"Large pieces of broken glass on the floor outside the closet. Room carpeting was noticeably unvacuumed with plastic tags on the floor from new clothing of previous inhabitant. The safe was also not working. Called the front desk, described my issues, requested another room. Desk manager came up, apologized, handed me a key for a room on a different floor. I showed him the glass he really didn’t care so much nor did anyone help us move to the other room. We made 2 trips, no big deal....

"The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, and its budget friendly. There is also a free coffee machine and snacks at the check in office. But, its an old motel and the rooms are a little smelly. The rooms are non-smoking but people smoke right outside the rooms and all that smoke gets through the vents when the AC is running. When we asked for fruits and cupcakes, we were rudely told to arrive at 6:30 AM. Furthermore, only one person was making omelets, causing a 30-minute wait, and there was absolutely nowhere to sit"

"The hotel is in a good location but it is very outdated. It is close to several dining options and provides free parking. However, the room is very small and old. The AC was extremely loud in the summer if it is needed. The bathroom is also very cramped. The whole hotel feels like that it has not been updated for decades."
