"We've been staying at Mansions on Fifth for several years now. We love the hotel and location. However, we were disappointed to learn this time that the absolutely wonderful breakfast that was offered earlier (for like $22) is not longer offered. Instead, for $15 you can get a pre-wrapped dried out croissant from some factory in Pittsburgh. Major disappointment. They have the facilities to offer breakfast, all they need to do is cook it."

"Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though."

"The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. "

No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). "Room was fine. If there's no maid service for three days, that would have been nice to know in advance. The showers are death traps, slippery as an ice rink with no non-skid material. Basically, a lawsuit waiting to happen. Otherwise, the room was fine."
