"All the staff was great. Jessica in particular was a joy. Great location & beautiful facility. Only issue that I meant to bring to the attention of the staff was that the shower tended to leak & puddle on the floor at there was no rubber guard on the bottom of the door. "

"Hôtel bien tenu avec quelques détails qui fâchent : les objets non utilisés dans la chambre collent un peu, les wc sont capricieux, insonorisation pas au top, petit déjeuner correct mais manque un peu de variété. Le personnel est très agréable et pro ! L'hôtel n'est pas très bien placé : comptez toujours 40 min de métro pour ralier Manhattan "

"Before arriving the "room key app" link didn't work. Check-in onsite was easy and the lady checking me in was very nice and gave me restaurant advice. The room was clean and nice. The elevator was the slowest I've ever been on. The included breakfast didn't exist. Showed up at 8:30 and was told they don't have anything but are waiting for more to arrive,,, The closest restaurant for breakfast" Wraptor" was closed, had to walk to a deli like a mile away. I'd give it 2 stars. The only good thing...

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"Nice facility located in walkable neighborhood. No amenities, but it is a boutique facility afterall. Have stayed once before and will use again. I think that it's best features are room size and shower. I rate them a solid five stars on those features. "

"Arrived at 11:30pm following an 8hr flight to be told they were overbooked. Advised that accommodation had been booked around the corner in another hotel. No assistance given to locate hotel or carry bags to alternative hotel. Hilton was prepaid, had to pay for nights accommodation at the alternative hotel, no refund given to date. Not a good experience and out of pocket. Disappointing that Hilton can treat its customers like this, I would have expected better from this chain."

"El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación ya que está en la esquina del metro. La atención de recepcion Es excelente, pero la limpieza de las habitaciones es mala! Hay días que no entran a limpiar, hay días que entran y ni barren, ni limpian el baño. Las camas las tienden por encima nada más. En fin… x "
