"If you’re looking to get some sleep, don’t come here. This place has hardwood floors (no rugs), and there is no soundproof rooms. I heard every step the person above me took, then a woman walked around her room in heels for a couple of hours…again…hardwood floors….crazy. The room was nice but it wasn’t worth it for all the noise coming from every other room. I will never stay here again unless I wasn’t planning on sleeping. "

"Everyone and thing was great except the check out clerk. We asked about applying our hotel stay to our Marriott account and he said we could but wouldn’t help us find how we could pull up our account numbers online. He eventually asked us for our phone numbers and pulled it up but let us struggle for almost 10 minutes before helping. I do want to say that the lady helping with breakfast on Tues April 28 was super friendly and helpful."

"The staff tried to bill me for the breakfast that was included in my reservation. I had to show the clerk the reservation email on my phone to prove that I had already paid for breakfast when presented with a bill at the breakfast table. The minibar in the snacks-for-purchase area in the lobby had 5-6 brands of 375ml bottles of wine, and one type of NA beer, but nothing otherwise *single* serving, and no beer, which I thought was silly. Bed was extremely soft, to the point where I sat on the edge and the mattress sort-of tipped off of the bed. It was perfectly fine, but not luxury. My room was very quiet, which I appreciated."

"Had a great stay last weekend! The staff was amazing. So friendly, very helpful. The room was comfortable but the hotel is a bit outdated and run down. The lobby was very nice, but elevators and rooms could use a face lift. Overall it was a fine stay and the location was specifically what I needed but there are nicer hotels for the same cost in the area."
