"If you’re looking to get some sleep, don’t come here. This place has hardwood floors (no rugs), and there is no soundproof rooms. I heard every step the person above me took, then a woman walked around her room in heels for a couple of hours…again…hardwood floors….crazy. The room was nice but it wasn’t worth it for all the noise coming from every other room. I will never stay here again unless I wasn’t planning on sleeping. "

"Had a great stay last weekend! The staff was amazing. So friendly, very helpful. The room was comfortable but the hotel is a bit outdated and run down. The lobby was very nice, but elevators and rooms could use a face lift. "clean rooms but there were no towels and only one wash cloth. Soap was only body wash soap. It would have been nice if they also had bar soap. To be fair attendant gave us towels after I reached out to them."

"Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine. Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer. On the 3rd day of our 4 night stay,...
