They served us juice and picked up all the things after we were done eating. If I ever come back to New York I’ll be staying at this property again."

"This hotel is horrible. You walk in and the lobby looks ok and that is where the good ends. The staff is rude. The rooms are disgusting and smell like stale cigarettes. There are burn marks on the mattresses and blankets. The shower was filthy, the ac barely worked, the towels were all stained so we didn't even use the shower. The walls had stuff splattered on them and were filthy. There were people up and down the hallways at all hours of the night and were extremely loud even though the hotel...
