"I stayed here for 2 nights. High expectations due to rating of 9,8 and price of 750Euro for 2 nights In that respect, It was a disappointment. It’s a nice hotel, central, okish. Staff very helpful and friendly….but few When I arrived , I thought it was a mistake. Its among many hostels, and outside/entrance reminded me of a boutique small hotel/hostel.. I stayed in Lyall Melbourne. That was a true 5 star boutique hotel in a very nice area. Ok, prices differ between Sydney and Melbourne, but...

"We let them know our flight landed at 9am and they had our room ready when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities were great. The location was walking distance to everything, including all area transportation options, including the cruise port. Breakfast was an amazing assortment and delicious. We will definitely stay again if we travel to Sydney again. "

"The Song Hotel was the perfect choice for our first trip to Sydney. It was easy to walk to all the key attractions, restaurants and shopping. A train station was only one block away for convenient access to the cruise port with our luggage. The staff members were great and customer service exceeded our expectations. "Entrance to hotel hard to find on the street as its not sign posted except for a small QT up high above your head in one spot. You need to take a lift up to reception, again not sign posted anywhere except in the lift. Room was nice, bed comfy, nice bathroom. Need to take a few stairs to our floor but reception offered to take our luggage up. "
