"Our room as spacious and faced the ocean. It was very clean and the staff was quite friendly. The gym was large enough for everyone and the electric shades were useful when the sun came up.
Plenty of restaurants with a variety of food and what we had was all excellent!
When many of the elevators were not working, Tyrone, a security guard took care of us all so we got to our rooms safely."

"Air conditioning sucked there. Were stains on the sheets they lied about having a fitness center was only there 3 hours and wanted to leave but couldn’t because they wouldn’t give me a refund. The phone in the room didn’t work none of the ice machines worked but the one on the first floor. The breakfast was so gross the waffle was dry and flavorless and the juice was so water down not funny. They had bugs crawling around."

"I have visited the showboat multiple times but this visit was the worst. The room that they haven’t upgraded need to be the curtains and the pictures in the room is scary and the worst part of it all was the dogs…. There was dogs everywhere… it was too much for me to handle and cleanliness of the place was not upkeep. i’m not sure if they designated room for people that make reservation with dogs, but I feel like it’s all in the same room. "Very limited breakfast. Cereal, peanut butter, bread, jam, fake oj, coffee, waffles and hard boiled eggs.
Staff: interesting and polite
Pool: clean
Rooms: had to ask for clean sheets and mattress pad, very stained. Gum stuck on floor, walls had stuff spilled on them, shower tiles need to be regrouted.
Shower curtain stained. We stayed because we only slept there. The non smoking room next to us had pot smoke pouring out whenever the door opened. Didn't mind that.
