"Bed linens were dirty - multiple hairs on the sheets/comforter. Only one bed was dirty was perhaps it wasn’t cleaned between guests? There were also multiple hairs in the bathroom. When we asked for a linen change, the front desk responded that housekeeping was not available. But, they could send linens for us to change.
Lots of hallway noise/able to hear normal conversations from the neighboring room. "

"Stayed on the 37th floor and took an elevator down to the casino. During this experience the elevator fell from the 37th floor to the spa then came to an abrupt stop. An advisory message was then announced saying that the elevator was having issues and to press the call help button. Upon pressing the button, nothing happened. Eventually the doors opened and we were able to get off at the spa level. Staff were advised and it did not seem that much was done."

"Room was dirty and out dated . No TV in the bedroom . My son found pizza under his bed from previous guest and candy wrappers in the draws . There were only big towels no wash clothes . We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more . Horrible experience . "
