"What I can say is that the attention to details is what seperate the hotel from other luxury hotels. I think anyone who books a luxury hotel wouldve expected to be greeted upon arriving, to have enough amenities for their stay, to have comfortable bed to sleep in. The difference for us was the details. They knew we brought our son, so seeing us throwing away diapers, they prepared a diaper bin on our second day. "The hotel was beyond expectations! We booked a club marina view room with access to the lounge, was well worth the upgrade. The room was on floor 22 and had spectacular views of the marina with a floor to ceiling window. The lounge access was amazing, breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner and drinks all day!! The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again"

Easy to get to the hotel from Changi airport by the MRT, which only cost USD $2.22 per person, which will save you quite a bit of money than others means of transportation. Take the MRT from the airport to the Tanah Merah MRT station, which is only two stops away, transfer to the East-West line (green), exit Raffles Place MRT Station. Hotel is one block away.
