"What a fabulous experience. From the moment we arrived at the entrance till we left all the staff were helpful friendly and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was incredible as was dinner. Afternoon tea is a wonderful experience and not to be missed."

"We stayed here from March 14 th to March 22. We booked 2 rooms and the stay was awesome. It was right at the city center. The staff was so attentive and very courteous and friendly. The rooms were spacious, neat and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was awesome."

"There was a spa and message offer posted all over the property and in the lifts, but when I went to the spa, they refused to honor the offer saying that the posted offer was a mistake and I would need to pay full price. It was disappointing to say the least."
