"Great hospitality. Loved our stay!"

"The pool and hot tub closes at 5 which was annoying. We didn’t get to use it because who wants to sit in a hot tub during the day? The halls also smelt heavily like vodka and must so that was a little offsetting. Jets in the bathtub didn’t work. Toilet flow wasn’t great. Fireplace was turned off for the season.. honestly it was a very overpriced room and I wasn’t too thrilled."

"This is going to be our go to place for staycations. Location is perfect, rooms are in excellent condition and hospitality is outstanding."

"It was a great stay, and was very convenient being right in Whistler village! The room was clean, spacious, and staff were very friendly and helpful! The only thing was the paid parking, it was $26 a day, and a little frustrating that it was only done in 24hr increments (you couldn’t pay for parking for a day and a half - you had to do the full 2 days (48hrs)). However, that is a very minor inconvenience! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Whistler, BC!"

"The Sundial was an excellent place to stay for a couple of nights. The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was very clean, but the furniture was a little worn and could use to be updated. The kitchen was great, and the bed was very comfortable. Self-parking was very easy."

"Everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. I do have one complaint which disappointed our stay. We have a EV and I specifically booked this hotel because it has a EV charging system. We paid $39 for each night for Valet. No problem but we asked 3 times asking to have our EV charged overnight to be ready for our drive home. NOT CHARGED… we had to stop and charge up… 30 mins added to our way home when it shouldn’t have been. Not cool… especially when the guest had used Valet. We left it in your...

"My son and I stayed one night on Easter Weekend on our way through the area. I've stayed in Whistler many other times in a tent and a travel trailer and had much more restful sleeps! For a kitchenette unit, it had almost no useful dishes (including no coffee cups for the coffee maker!), there was no blanket for the sofa bed for my son and we were woken up repeatedly by loud sounds starting at 4:30am. These issues would have been annoying but what kicked this review all the way down to 1-star is...
