"We had a great experience that very easily could have gone very bad. Our room we had booked was no longer available when we arrived. We got in at 2am from a flight with 3 young children, so heading out room wasn't available was hard. "This is the second time I have stayed here for 2 weeks. Everyone here is extremely friendly and take care of their guests well. What stood out to me is the Manager in charge is always there to help out guests and his staff and always has a smile on his face. The hotel is undergoing renovation and I am looking forward to staying here again once that is done. Highly recommend."

"While the hotel is reasonably priced and well-located, my stay was overshadowed by poor cleanliness and an unprofessional service policy. Key Issues: Poor Housekeeping: Housekeeping did not service my room during my stay, despite me never placing a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. But when I shared that with the front desk I was disappointed that they said it's a known problem there in the whole property.
