"The main reason we booked was because of the airport shuttle. Upon our arrival on Friday with a Sunday departure, we were told it was not available that weekend. The hotel's write-up on Expedia should be much clearer to let travellers know they MUST book the shuttle 3 days in advance or it may be unavailable."

"We had a wonderful experience for our honeymoon and birthday. The hotel was clean and all the staff were very welcoming and kind. We got complimentary drinks and chocolates to celebrate, which was the perfect touch. The room service was quick and everything was delicious. The noise level was not bad either. Only really heard people outside on the weekend when the bars were more busy which makes sense. Even then, it still was quite considering Edinburgh is a bustling city and the sun didn't go...
