"We recently spent seven nights at the TownePlace suites at OWA. We love the location, and the reasonable price.
We did not visit the waterpark or amusement park, but we did take advantage of the splash pad at downtown OWA. My daughter loved it.
The only downside was they don’t clean rooms. You have to request maid service. Because of that, every morning there would be piles of towels and bags of garbage sitting in the hall, because people were sitting it outside to get rid of it.
They did come into our room, without us requesting it, the day before we left. They gave us clean towels, which was great, but they didn’t check the floors or anything. I’m assuming that’s because we didn’t request maid service. Just thought it was odd that they waited until the last day. The rest of the week we had been requesting towels, dish towels, to, etc. as needed, and they would deliver them to our room."
