"The hotel is very chaotic when you enter. There is no staff and you cannot call room service or the front desk at any time. They connect you to ai then from ai they connect you to a call center in Orlando. They never connect you to anyone who works there at anytime and it makes asking for fresh towels or even a simple coffee impossible. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"POOL was great for kids and families. However rooms have paper thin walls and last night there was so much noise in hallways and other rooms. There was doors being slammed every twenty minutes from 1:30 am till 3 am. Running and yelling in hallways till 4 am. Not a good night sleep at all. Very disappointing"

"Toilette non-opérante (il fallait ouvrir la cuve pour remonter nous même l'instrument d'évacuasion...tel qu'expliqué par un membre du personnel technique), aucun service de chambre lors de la deuxième journée, et une alerte incendie qui selon le personnel provenait d'un met "oublié" dans le restaurant qui aurait causé de la fumée."

"Very convenient location to the airport, you just have to walk along a covered passageway for about 2 minutes minutes. Ask if you need non-scented toiletries as theirs are incredibly strongly scented and quite horrible. Also, check that the thermostat in your room works; mine didn't and it was horribly hot"

"Hotel was in tip top shape. Room was large and clean as were the common areas. We had an early flight out of Ottawa so we didn't use the shuttle as it starts running at 5:00 AM and we needed to be at the airport before then. It's about a 6 minute drive to the Ottawa airport."
