"Breakfast was ok! Everthing else needs alot of work! We had reservations for two days, but cancelled the second day and went elsewhere! Parking was no problem, i don't think there were many there!"

"We loved the resort! Staff was great, Everything was clean, and there was so much to do. My only complaint would be water pressure and temperature in the shower in our room. We had very little pressure and the water was either really hot or really cold. There was no in between. "

"We had a great experience staying here. Our last minute reservation went smoothly from start to finish, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only small suggestion would be to offer a few more breakfast options, but everything available was good. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"I loved our stay at the hotel, the staff were excellent, roof top bar has the best view ever and it’s a good distance from the downtown strip area. I would definitely recommend this place. 10/10 on cleanliness, staff , ambience and decor.

"East check in, clean room, nice breakfast. Our room faced the river with a balcony which was so relaxing. A little oasis in the busy town of pigeon Forge. Very close to Dollywood. "
