Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. "The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The room and whole facility was clean. The staff was helpful. In particular, Kathy did a FANTASTIC job with caring for the breakfast area. I could see how much she was invested in making sure the food was available and the whole area was clean. I was deeply impressed with this Holiday inn Express and will be staying here again in the future!"
