"Room was spacious with plenty of pillows and blankets. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Lobby beautifully decorated for Christmas and we took several family photos. Adjacent seating area also very comfortable and homey. Full breakfast kept fresh. Perfect location for visiting our family in Knoxville east side area. "

"This is an excellent place to stay in Gatlinburg which is close to many shops. The hotel is being renovated, the rooms and bathrooms are small but the king bed was excellent. A good place to stay for an overnight or maybe a longer stay. The price was very good. "
