"I love the hotel, and the things they do for the kids. The staff were nice. The only issue l had was we were suppose to check in at 4pm. We had pre registered around 1 something. I went to the office around 3:45 or after since we seen people going in to check in. I was told that our room was on tidy up, and needed to be checked by a manager. I was told it would take most likely an hour, and that they would call me when the room was ready. We waited an hour still didn’t get a call, so we decided to go to the office, and they informed us our room had been ready! No one called us though. I have a 1 year old who needed to nap around 4pm, and wasn’t able to since our room wasn’t ready. I feel like when someone pre registers you would make sure those rooms would be ready by 4pm. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, and the indoor pool. The staff are really good with children. The lady that did the foam for the kids was really good with the kids!"
