"The blower blowing leaves at 8am. Rooms are poorly lit. No chairs"

"Staff was great and Resort was nice…my daughter loved the lazy river! My dad loved the coffee and cookies! The balcony was really nice. Parking in garage was kinda tight, but outdoor parking is available. There was a charge to use the games in the game room, so kids didn’t experience that. Location was perfect! Right off Parkway and close to The Island and Dollywood. Easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg. I would stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville. The room and grounds were very clean and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly professional and made us feel welcome. The woman at the front desk ( sorry, I can’t remember her name) went above and beyond for us. My only complaint would be the noise in the hallway outside our door at all times of the day, & night. Also we were in an ADA ACCESSIBLE room and the tub was very difficult for him to step up and over the edge of the tub to...

"We have stayed Compass Hotel by Margaritaville many times. Never disappointed."

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was great, clean, comfortable, and very nice. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would love to stay here again!"

"We had a great time, the staff and the place was outstanding."

"It was a super nice hotel. The only thing was we got charged for parking!! The staff was great. We loved the lady downstairs that was our hostess when we went to eat breakfast. She had a super personality!!"

"I room was clean, but was a lot smaller than the pictures showed. The porch area where the fire pit is the lights were mostly all blown out or not working. The tv and microwave in the room was in Spanish, and I mean the controls. oh and the parking is made for small cars only. The bigger vehicles are doing tight squeezes and if someone doesn't pull all the way up you aren't getting through."

"Great location . Staff was nice and helpful . Typical breakfast. Room was small but had hot water !"

"Love having breakfast and dinner free at the hotel"

"Love the balcony on the creekside we saw a bear as soon we get there and walking distance on most things"

"This hotel shouldn't be rated what it was when I booked it. The breakfast was absolutely horrible, and the room was dated. I booked a king room, and it didn't have a fireplace as the photos advertised. I wouldn't stay here again."
