"The property is conveniently located at the bottom of Gran Via which isn’t as populated and busy, it’s quiet with easy access and walking distance to Puerta del Sol, Salamanca, Plaza Mayor etc. Very clean and elegant, staff was also very helpful and accommodating, only reason for my 4 stars vs 5 stars is because the AC in my room broke late at night — staff was very helpful, thankfully it was quite chilly outside and I opened the windows.
