"I stayed at St Regis Osaka with my 2,5 year old boy. The hotel room was excellent and they allowed me to have in room dining for free for my kid. This made my stay even easier so I can feed my kid before leaving the hotel which was very important to mothers around the world."

"Absolutely love this hotel! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re in a ryokan and the staff are so friendly. Despite the hotel being japanese-style, the rooms were clean and we had enough space for the two of us and our luggages. The complimentary yaki soba noodles from 9-11pm every night was amazing after a long day out, along with the variety of free ice creams. "It was great to have a washer in the apartment style hotel. I wish cooking utensils were included to use the stove but sadly they are not. Lot of local places to eat that are good. 10 minute walk to train stations. Close to convenience stores! "

"This hotel is probably a victim of it's own success. It's a great hotel but because it's so busy, sometimes it takes forever to catch an elevator during "rush hour". We've had to wait for several elevators because the incoming elevator was packed, and the stairs were locked so we couldn't even take the stairs. I would do 4.5 stars if I could. But being popular isn't the hotel's fault (maybe having a third elevator could make it perfect.)"

"Spacious room for 3 and good amenities. Staff are very professional and nice. The gym can be a whole lot better but ok for the size. Breakfast was almost the same daily but fresh and with healthy options which was great."
