"After a very stressful at our Airbnb, the BW took our very last minute reservation and had our room ready all within a hour. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, very helpful and just made us feel relaxed and welcome. The room was small but clean and had three beds for the three of us. Room amenities were available and cleaning service was prompt and friendly. The location was easy, close to a grocery store, konbinis and food as well as train stations. I highly recommend...

"I was disappointed how crowded this hotel was. The elevators were a nightmare. Waited like 20 minutes and then it was packed. They only have 2 regular size. I stayed three days and it was always the same issue at all time of the day, even when I left at 5:15am. We got there at 2pm and they wouldn’t check me in unless I pay extra. I got to my hotel in Tokyo 3 hours early and they checked me in early at no cost. The best thing was the shower and the bathroom. Bed and pillows were descent."
