"Hôtel propre et confortable (dommage toutefois que la clim soit géréer de façon centralisée et non réglable individuellement). Localisation intéressante, accès aux transports en commun en quelques minutes à pied. En revanche très peu de choix et surtout d'options saines pour le petit déjeuner (protéines, fibres, produits sans gluten, pas de produits locaux/artisanaux à part les viennoiseries)"

"Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower.
I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine.
Would definitely stay here again.
The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"Wow! I actually feel like I got MORE than advertised!! The room was spacious and perfect for our family of 4! And there’s breakfast! Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris. Really appreciate all the reviews that said it was great for families- it is!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk staff were very welcoming. We appreciated that they stored our luggage until check in time so we could walk around and explore the area. The room looked exactly like the pictures."

"The main concern is the stairs to go to main bed. Extremely dangerous. There is a sofa bed down stairs but is super uncomfortable. Body towels were smelly to cigarettes. And there was a mouse in the kitchen and spiders in the toilet.
I ask the owner if I can cancel second night because it was too dangerous to go upstairs and even worst with a toddler. The solution he gave me was not to go upstairs and use the sofa to sleep. Told him about the smelly towels, and said that i was lying. Definitely...
