Magnifikt hotell
Seven Terraces är ett fantastiskt boutiquehotell, verkligen. Detta är egentligen en pärla som man vill behålla för sig själv, så trevligt o fint var det. Rummen är helt underbara och mycket smakligt inredda. Egentligen finns det bara en sak att säga: pröva det för att uppleva det!

The hotel is beautifully restored and looks more like a museum than a hotel. Convenient location close to everything. The staff is lovely. The restaurant serves outstanding food. When i come back to Penang i will stay here again. Thank you

A good choice for Georgetown
We had a lovely stay and recommend this property in Penang. Easy to walk to many parts of Georgetown and Grab drivers seem to know it too. If you plan to visit the restaurant be sure to book in advance. We did not and they were closed one night and already booked for the other when we arrived.

A beautiful heritage hotel
This is a very beautiful heritage hotel and I am impressed by the restoration. The rooms are so spacious and well furnished and thus very comfortable. We like the personal touch of the staff and are grateful for the restaurant recommendations near the hotel. Location-wise, it’s a short drive from many tourist attractions and nice eateries. So overall I would highly recommend this very gorgeous hotel for tourists who like a more unique culturally rich experience.

Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else, but…
It’s a magical hotel which is easy to love and recommend due to its character, location and friendly staff. Lovely dinner in the stately restaurant too. However breakfast a bit dull, wifi not working in the room, some dust and some face lift repairs needed for a full score.

我的房間浴室廁所漏水，用多條浴巾也全濕透，管理員似乎沒有做什麼跟進，有兩天連濕毛巾也沒有換 兩張座椅扶手鬆脫。這酒店的房租與所提供的物料不相稱 我發覺房間沒有清理好，起碼地下留下些少餅碎沒有清理，相信沒有吸塵，連掃地都沒有

The owner has taken pains to maintain the property, which is not easy. The hotel is in the heart of Georgetown and interesting places are within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Front of House staff went the extra mile! Really enjoyed breakfast and tea at the hotel. Good ambience! Dinner at the Kebaya Dining Room is a must.

Seven Terraces always goes above and beyond in their customer service. They are beyond helpful and provide great information to those visiting Penang for the first time.

Spacious, clean rooms with good mattresses. Perfect location in the old town and still very quiet. The choices in the breakfast were quite limited, but still adequate. Staff was friendly. There is an excellent Peranakan restaurant Kebaya, the food is delicious!

This is a great hotel. Good location and huge room. Pool is good but didn't use the restaurant so can't review but it looked good. Very quiet but interesting part of town.

One of the best hotel experiences.
The hotel is so charming. The staff was outstanding, rooms were comfortable, and the pool was relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

A Jewel
this is a jewel of a place to stay and Chester and Wendy make you feel immediately welcome. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The dinner is special so don't eat that day and book a table! Lots of flavors and dishes. The breakfast is a calm civilized way to start the day; include that in your stay. if you are worried about the stairs up to the tv, there is not much on anyway, so there is no need to go up there and the bed/bath area is huge. very convenient to all the sights within the old town area and yet secluded enough so that you can relax at the pool from all that you have experienced outside the compound.
